Scottie Wesley serves as the Interim Youth Minister at Mead Baptist Church. He joined Mead in 2006 and has been a faithful member of the church’s leadership, serving as a deacon since 2018. Scottie began working with the Youth Group in 2013 and continued in that role until 2025, when he was asked to step in as interim youth minister.
Scottie has a passion for investing in the lives of students—whether that’s attending Super Summer, spending a week at Falls Creek, or simply hanging out with the youth. Most importantly, he loves every opportunity to share the good news of Jesus Christ.
Scottie is married to his wife, Megan, and together they share life with their two rambunctious pups.
